좀 더 구체적으로 어떤 어려움을 겪고 있는지 설명하는 것이 좋습니다. '보험 회사 때문에 힘들다'는 표현보다는 '보험 회사로부터 사전 승인을 받는 데 어려움을 겪고 있다'고 말하는 것이 더 명확합니다.
